Abstract
Related to the Customs Proclamation- The Regulations provide for all goods to be reported, prior to exportation, in the manner provided for in Article 74 of the Customs Proclamation, in writing by the exporter, the agent or the transporter of the goods. Oral reporting is allowed for goods that are exported because of an emergency and this reporting can be done at the customs office nearest to the place of exportation. The Regulations provide for goods that may be exported without being reported.
