Sale of Unclaimed, Abandoned and Seized and Forfeited Goods Regulations, No. 75 of 2003.

These Regulations apply to the sale by public auction or public tender of unclaimed goods abandoned to Customs. The Regulations provide specificities as to the conditions of sales, acceptability of bids, publicity of sales and completion of sales.
