Addis Ababa City Government Land Holding Registration and Information Agency Re-establishment Proclamation No.45/2015.

The Proclamation is applicable to any landholding within the boundary of Addis Ababa City government. The Addis Ababa City Government Land Holding Registration and Information Agency is re-established as autonomous agency, directed by the Board and accountable to the Mayor. The objectives of the Agency are: adjudicate all the parcels and ensure efficient Cadastre Information system; maintain efficient, reliable and transparent land holding registration service to support land use planning and property valuation. The Proclamation continues providing details on the organization of the Agency, powers, functions, appointment of members, financing, etc.
