Bamako Convention Ratification Proclamation (No. 355/2003).

This Proclamation provides for the ratification of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa and authorizes the Environmental Protection Authority to take, in cooperation with the appropriate Federal, Regional and City Administration Government organs, actions necessary to implement the Convention.
