Basel Protocol Ratification Proclamation (No. 357/2003).

This Proclamation provides for the ratification of the Basel Protocol on Liability and Compensation for Damage Resulting from Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal and authorizes the Environmental Protection Authority to take, in cooperation with the appropriate Federal, Regional and City Administration Government organs, actions necessary to implement the Protocol.
