Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage Convention Ratification Proclamation (No. 620/2009).

This Proclamation provides for the ratification of the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage adopted by the International Maritime Organization and authorizes the Ministry of Transport and Communications to undertake, in cooperation with the concerned governmental organs, all acts necessary for the implementation of the Convention.
