Abstract
This Proclamation provides for the ratification of the International Convention in the Control of Harmful Anti-fouling adopted by the International Maritime Organization and authorizes the Ministry of Transport and Communications to undertake in cooperation with the concerned governmental organs all acts necessary for the implementation of the Convention.
