Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the event of Armed Conflict and its First Protocol Accession Proclamation (No. 373/2003).

This Proclamation ratifies the Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and empowers the Authority for Research and Conservation of Cultural Heritage to undertake all acts necessary of the implementation of the Convention and its First Protocol in cooperation with concerned Federal and Regional Government organs, Non-Governmental organization as well as with Communities.
