Council of Ministers Commercial Registration and Licensing (Amendment) Regulation No. 461 /2020.

The Regulation amends Regulation No. 392/2016 in several articles. For instance changes are made to: situations when is made a request for an amendment of a company name; information needed when the applicant is a foreign national; commercial registration of a sole business made via an agent through a power of attorney; etc. Art. 21 of the Regulation 392/2016 is replaced by a new article with a new discipline for Similarly Art. 41 is replaced by a new discipline for cancellation of the special Certificate of Registration.
