Abstract
This Proclamation amends the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation of 2015 by deleting Paragraphs (j) and (k) of sub-article (1) of Article 14 (functions of the Ministry of Federal and Pastoralist Development Affairs) and Article 16, by providing that the Charities and Societies Agency shall be accountable to the Ministry of Federal and Pastoralist Development Affairs, and by making some other amendments concerning the Ministry of Justice.
