Abstract
This Proclamation concerns the Government of the Southern, Nations, Nationalities and Peoples Regional State. It establishes various Bureaus and Offices (e.g. the Agricultural Bureau, the Water, Mines and Energy Resources Development Bureau and the Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Office) and sets out the powers and duties of each such Bureau or Office.
