Abstract
This Regulation establishes the Federal Micro and Small Enterprises Development Agency as an autonomous federal government organ and defines its functions and powers. The Agency shall, among other things, assist and coordinate institutions that shall provide support to micro and small enterprises. The Agency shall also have several policy and development functions. The Agency shall have a Council and a Director General, the powers and duties of which are defines by this regulation.
