Abstract
The Regulations among other things, to obtain the designation of an Industrial Park, requires the developer before commencing construction to deposit an EIA and social impact assessment of the project. The Proclamation also states that the industrial park enterprise, for the issuance of an investment permit, shall comply, in conjunction with other requirements, with the environmental impact assessment report. Section 3 concerns transfer of land and construction.
