Abstract
This Proclamation amends the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation and Research Establishment Proclamation by adding a definition of "biological specimen/sample" and in relation with objectives of the Institute, its accountability to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and powers and duties of the Institute.
