Kobo-Girana Valley Development Program Office Re-establishment, Council of Regional Government Regulation No 77/2011.

This Regulation of the Council of Amhara National Regional Government reestablishes the Kobo-Girana Valley Development Program Office of the Amhara National Regional State. The Office shall be instrumental in the development of the Kobo-Girana Valley, and in particular shall be involved in drought prevention and irrigation projects and programs. There shall be a managing board established at a regional level that oversees the Valley Development Program. A Zonal and Woreda Development Coordinating Committee consisting of beneficiaries shall be in place.
