Abstract
This Proclamation amends the Mining Operations Proclamation in provisions concerning, among other things, the application sphere of the Act, approval of small scale licences, compensation to be paid by a licensee to expropriated land users and related appeal. The Act shall now apply also to the extraction of geothermal water that may be used for bathing, recreational and therapeutic purpose.
