Abstract
No person shall offer to the public water for drinking purposes that is unsafe or water from an unsafe source, or water from a source that is in the opinion of a municipal public health officer liable to become unsafe. ”Unsafe” water is defined in rule 2. No person shall pollute public places as described in rule 3 or 4. No person shall discharge sewage water into natural water courses crossing town except as under a permit issued by the municipal public health officer or other specified officers. “Sewage is defined in rule 5. No person shall discharge sewage water into cesspools or abandoned wells or otherwise pollute natural groundwater at a depth of twelve meters of more (rule 6).
