Proclamation to provide for the ratification of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising From Their Utilization (No. 753/2012).

This Proclamation President of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia ratifies the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of the Benefits Arising from their Utilization and grants power to the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation to take, in collaboration with the appropriate federal, regional and city administration government organs, all acts necessary for the implementation of the Protocol.
