Raw Hide and Skin Marketing System Proclamation (No. 457/2005).

This Proclamation provides with respect to a system for the collection, processing, transporting and selling process of raw hide and skin. It requires a certificate of competence from the competent authority in order to obtain a raw skin and hide trading licence. The Proclamation provides rules relative to processing, transportation and marketing of raw hides and skins and provides with respect to administration and inspection.
