Abstract
This Proclamation establishes the Sugar Industry Development Fund. The principal source of finance of the fund shall be proceeds of sugar in the domestic market by the government owned sugar-producing companies. The Fund shall be utilized for the financing of studies of sugar industry projects for establishing new sugar-producing companies and for the expansion of existing sugar-producing companies.
