Abstract
This Proclamation amends the Water Resources Development Fund Establishment and Its Administration Proclamation: adding definitions of ‘Institution’ and ‘Revolving Fund’; in article 4 in relation with tasks of the Fund; in article 5 in relation with determination of interest rates on loans provided by the Fund; in article 7 concerning criteria for eligibility to be a beneficiary of the Fund; and in article 11 relating to powers and duties of the Water Resources Development Fund Office.
