Agreement constituted in the form of an Agreed Minute, an Exchange of Letters, an Exchange of Notes and the Annexes thereto between the European Community and Canada on fisheries in the context of the NAFO Convention.

The European Union and Canada have agreed on joint submission to the North Atlantic Fisheries Organization of proposals concerning control and enforcement as set out in Annex 1 and reaffirm their commitment to the total allowable catch of Greenland halibut. The European Union and Canada shall implement immediately, on a provisional basis, proposed enforcement and control measures.
