Abstract
The European Union and Canada have agreed on joint submission to the North Atlantic Fisheries Organization of proposals concerning control and enforcement as set out in Annex 1 and reaffirm their commitment to the total allowable catch of Greenland halibut. The European Union and Canada shall implement immediately, on a provisional basis, proposed enforcement and control measures.
