Abstract
With reference to the Protocol initialled on the 6 July 2000 setting out the fishing opportunities and financial compensation (for the period 3 May 2000 to 2 May 2002), the Government of the Republic of Angola is prepared to apply the Protocol on a provisional basis with effect from 3 May 2000. The European Community confirms its agreement to such provisional application.
