Abstract
This Decision lays down the animal and public health conditions and veterinary certification for the importation of minced meat and meat preparations. The conditions cover freezing at the at the production plant or plants of origin and further refer to the requirements laid down in articles from 3 and 7of Directive 94/65/EC. The two annexes attached lay down model animal and public health certificates for imports purposes.
