Abstract
This Decision establishes animal and public health conditions as well as veterinary certifications to be applied for the importation into the Community of wild and farmed game meat and rabbit meat coming from third countries. The Decision consists of five articles, completed by four Annexes. Annex I contains the description of territories of certain third countries established for animal health certification purposes. Annex II sets out animal health guarantees to be requested on certification of wild and farmed game meat and rabbit meat. Annex III lays down the model of the animal and public health hereby required. Lastly, Annex IV establishes specific conditions to be provided by the exporting territory when required in Annex II pursuant to article 2(2).
