Abstract
This Decision aims at preventing the introduction into and spread within the European Union of non European or European isolates of the harmful organism Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in 't Veldsp. nov. Susceptible plants and susceptible wood may only be introduced into the territory of the European Union if they comply with the emergency phytosanitary measures laid down in the Annex to this Decision.
