Abstract
This Decision has been adopted to establish an executive agency for the management of Community action in the field of energy. The name of the Agency shall be the “Intelligent Energy Executive Agency” and its statute shall be that laid down in Council Regulation (EC) No. 58/2003. The Agency shall operate under the Community programme Intelligent Energy-Europe established by Decision (EC) No. 1230/2003.
