Commission Decision 2005/381/EC establishing a questionnaire for reporting on the application of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC.

The present Decision lays down the questionnaire to be used by the Member States for the purpose of drawing up the annual reports to be submitted to the Commission on the implementation of Directive 2003/87/EC. The questionnaire aims at establishing a detailed account of the application by the Member States of the chief measures laid down in that Directive.
