Abstract
The present Decision lays down certain amendments to the Annex attached to Directive 2002/95/EC, which lists out the applications of lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium, which shall be exempted from the requirements prescribed by article 4(1). Points 7 and 8 are replaced, whereas points 11 to 15 are added.
