Abstract
This Decision replaces articles 4 and 5 of Decision 2003/804/EC, which concerns respectively conditions for the importation of live molluscs for human consumption and additional conditions for the importation of certain live molluscs for human consumption. Moreover, it replaces articles 5 and 6 of Decision 2003/858/EC, laying down respectively conditions for the importation of fish products of aquaculture origin for human consumption and additional conditions for the importation of certain fish products of aquaculture origin for human consumption.
