Abstract
These provisions lay down certain amendments to Decision 2006/504/EC on special conditions governing certain foodstuffs imported from certain third countries due to contamination risks of these products by aflatoxins. Firstly, the amendments concern the application scope. Article 1, point 1 of this Decision defines the foodstuffs covered by Decision 2006/504/EC. Moreover, this Decision replaces Annexes I and II and adds Annex III, which sets forth the common document for checks performed on foodstuffs.
