Commission Decision 2009/437/EC amending Decision 2007/268/EC on the implementation of surveillance programmes for avian influenza in poultry and wild birds to be carried out in the Member States.

This Decision lays down some amendments to Annexes I and II to Decision 2007/268/EC, which lays down guidelines for the adoption and implementation of surveillance programmes for avian influenza in poultry and wild birds to be carried out in the Member States. The amendments mainly deal with the report to the Commission of results of laboratory investigations and the submission of samples and diagnostic material.
