Commission Decision 2009/893/EC on importation of semen of domestic animals of the porcine species into the Community as regards lists of third countries and of semen collection centres, and certification requirements.

This Decision lays down the conditions governing the importation into the European Community of semen of swines. In particular, only semen from the countries listed in this Decision may be imported. Further provisions deal with certification requirements and transport conditions.
