Abstract
This Decision lays down rules and criteria for the following: (1) the selection of commercial demonstration projects that aim at the environmentally safe capture and geological storage of CO 2 and demonstration projects of innovative renewable energy technologies; (2) the monetization of the allowances for the support of CCS and RES demonstration projects; (3) the disbursement of revenues and the implementation of CCS and RES demonstration projects.
