Abstract
By virtue of this Decision and subject to the conditions provided for by article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No. 1451/2007, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland may allow the placing on the market of biocidal products containing copper for certain uses (those indicated in the Annex to this Decision).
