Abstract
This Regulation sets out the detailed list of data requirements for the collection, management and use of biological, environmental, technical and socioeconomic data in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors from 2022 in accordance with the multiannual Union programme. The list of data requirements, as referred to in point (a) of Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1004, is set out in the Annex to this Decision.
