Abstract
These provisions amend Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 639/2014 on direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy. In particular article 53(4) is supplemented as regards the eligibility conditions in relation to the identification and registration requirements for animals for coupled support.
