Abstract
This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013 with specific provisions on the reporting of irregularities concerning the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund. The purpose is to determine which irregularities Member States should report to the Commission, and which data are to be provided so as to allow the Commission to perform its tasks concerning the protection of the financial interests of the European Union.
