Abstract
This Regulation establishes a discard plan for turbot fisheries in the Black Sea. The landing obligation provided for in article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 shall apply in the Black Sea to the fisheries of turbot (Psetta maxima) caught with bottom-set gillnets.
