Abstract
This Regulation introduces some amendments and addenda to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98, which establishes derogations from certain landing obligations (laid down in Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013) for the purpose of implementing European Union's international obligations under the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries. The amendments concern swordfish in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean swordfish.
