Abstract
This Regulation provides for the landing obligation in demersal and pelagic fisheries in accordance with Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 for the period 2021-2023, in the Union Waters of North-Western Waters (ICES subareas 5, 6 and 7), of South-Western Waters (ICES subareas 8, 9 and 10 (waters around Azores), and of CECAF zones 34.1.1, 34.1.2 and 34.2.0 (waters around Madeira and the Canary Islands). This Regulation lays down rules for the survivability and de minimis exemption in the North-Western Waters and South-Western Waters for marine living resources, such as Norway lobster, common sole, skates and rays, plaice, species caught in pots, traps and creels, pelagic species, red sea bream, anchovy, horse mackerel and mackerel, and for the documentation of catches for pelagic fleets.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and shall apply from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2023.
