Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules: (i) on the characteristics of the olive oils referred to in Part VIII, points 1 to 6, of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013; and (ii) on specific marketing standards, such as packaging and labelling standards, for the olive oils referred to in Part VIII, points 1(a) and (b) and points 3 and 6, of Annex VII to Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, when sold to the final consumer, presented in the natural state or in a foodstuff. The characteristics of olive oils laid down in Annex I shall be determined in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2105.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
