Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in Annex II of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 by adding processed manure to be used as a component material in EU fertilising products, provided that an end point in the manufacturing chain of the derived product is reached. Annex III of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 is also amended regarding general labelling requirement for EU fertilising products containing processed manure to inform end-users about the potential air quality impacts of the release of ammonia from the use of processed manure and maximum residue levels of aminopyralid or clopyralid in EU fertilising product containing processed manure.
