Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules for the renewal of a national authorization of a biocidal product or a biocidal product family that has been subject to mutual recognition in accordance with article 4 of Directive 98/8/EC or with articles 33 and 34 of Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012, or of a national authorization granted through such mutual recognition.
