Commission Directive 2004/112/EC adapting to technical progress Council Directive 95/50/EC on uniform procedures for checks on the transport of dangerous goods by road.

Annexes I, II and III to Directive 95/50/EC concerning uniform procedures for checks on the transport of dangerous goods by road are replaced by the Annexes attached to the present Directive. Annex I lays down the checklist to be used by Member States to carry out the checks; Annex II gives a guideline on what is to be regarded as infringement; Annex III lays down a model standard form for the report to be sent to the Commission concerning infringements and penalties.
