Commission Directive 2008/64/EC amending Annexes I to IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

This Directive amends Annexes from I to IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The amendments concern: a) harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within Member States must be banned, if they are present on certain plants or plant products; b) harmful organisms whose introduction into and spread within certain protected zones must be banned if they are present on certain plants or plant products.
