Abstract
This Decision recognizes that the voluntary scheme Ensus voluntary scheme under RED for Ensus bioethanol production complies with the sustainability criteria laid down in article 17(3), 17(4) and 17(5) of Directive 2009/28/EC and article 7b(3), 7b(4) and 7b(5) of Directive 98/70/EC.
