Abstract
This Decision amends Decision 2008/855/EC, which concerns animal health control measures relating to classical swine fever in certain Member States. In particular it deletes point 1 of Part I of the Annex, which lays down the list of areas in Germany subject to animal heamth control measures relating to classifcal swine fever. These areas shall no longer be subject to such measures.
