Commission Implementing Decision 2012/415/EU amending Implementing Decision 2011/630/EU as regards animal health requirements relating to bluetongue and Simbu viruses.

These provisions lay down some amendments to Decision 2011/630/EC concerning imports into the European Union of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species. They replace Annex I, which lays down the list of third countries or parts thereof from which Member States shall authorize imports of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species. Further amendments concern the health certificate applicable to imports and transits of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species.
