Abstract
By virtue of this decision Germany is authorized to prohibit the marketing, in any part of its territory, of the hemp varieties Bialobrzeskie and Carmagnola. The authorizations is based upon the request of Germany because for the second year in a row their tetrahydrocannabinol content exceeded the allowed content.
